There appears to be a lack of bins. Streets are very clean, take your rubbish home with you.
Lots of the restaurants. Majority are licensed but also allow you to "Bring Your Own". Between $1-$5 for corkage.
Supermarkets do not sell alcohol. Go to a "Liquor" outlet.
Some restaurants are cash only. Remember to check.
During Summer it can be difficult to eat in the city. Best to book ahead.
Some state territories require proof of i.d. to purchase alcohol.
Taxis can not be arranged for special occassions, such as New Year or Christmas
Flying from aboard. Christmas and New Year is a wonderful time to see Sydney and Australia.
